I met Kristen and Jagen last year when they booked me for their engagement photos. The sweetest couple ever! Jagen drove 5 hours from Albuquerque to get to their engagement shoot, but he immediately put on his game face and cheerfully hung out in the hottest day of the spring in Tucson. Kristen had chosen the beauty of Tohono Chul Park for their fall wedding, a place she had come to love while volunteering there. This was a complete destination wedding for their guests – there were a few friends from Tucson, but all of their family had come from India and Minnesota to join the celebration. And I don’t think anyone minded as it was 75 degrees in Tucson that day and 18 degrees and snowing in Minnesota! I was wishing I had my real estate license as I think I could have sold second homes in Tucson to most of the guests at this wedding. Even though it was November, much of Tohono Chul Park still had flowers growing everywhere. Kristen and Jagen had a touching first look moment and then went on a leisurely stroll throughout the park taking pictures and enjoying the beautiful day. The ceremony in the Performance Garden was followed by dinner in the Bistro Garden and then dancing in the Bistro Courtyard.
