One of the best things about Tohono Chul Park in Tucson is that there are a million places to take photos. Once of the worst things about Tohono Chul Park is that there are a million places to take photos! When it’s a wedding day and you have this enormous park with all the winding trails and hidden gardens but you only have a limited amount of time to be there. Which we stretched enormously (sorry Manny!). But it’s so hard to leave when there are so many places to stop.
A beautiful ceremony site in your godmother’s garden, Mexican paper flowers, 3 dogs running around, potted succulents as wedding favors, the ring pillow that your parents used when they were married in the same garden 38 years ago. Manny and Concetta’s wedding was personalized in so many ways – from the ceremony and reception site to their dogs walking down the aisle. I loved the paper flowers and candle lanterns that decorated all the shrubs and trellis’s in the garden.
