Tiffany Blue Shoes + Locust Grove Wedding + Jessica and Mike

Tiffany Blue shoes.  The second dancing dress for the reception, a wedding fortune telling book for brides, ‘I DO’ engraved cake forks, a hand crocheted dress hanger, a gorgeous hand made wishing tree for guest notes…..the list goes on and on.  And that was just the beginning to all the magical and romantic details in Jessica and Mike’s wedding day.  Did it rain, no.  Did it almost rain – YES!  But as with every other detail, Jessica had made sure umbrellas were ready and waiting.  We scrambled to get some photos on the grounds at Our Lady of the Roasry Chapel as the rain clouds were threatening overhead, but Jessica somehow managed to will the clouds away and we ended up having all the time in the world outside at Locust Grove.  Jessica didn’t just walk everywhere – she basically danced her way around Locust Grove – so excited that the weather was doing exactly what she had hoped for!  I had a great time with this couple as Jessica danced all around and Mike kept making funny faces – the mood was light, silly and romantic all afternoon!  A scrumptious outdoor cocktail hour was followed by Jessica changing into her second dress and changing her hair to an updo so her and Mike could dance the night away to Big Band music by the Jim Osborne Orchestra.

oh and back to the Tiffany Blue shoes…..I am now forever in love with Hey Lady shoes.  These shoes are gorgeous and even the insides of these shoes photograph perfectly!  (a big deal if you’re a photographer who like shoes :))  If you haven’t seen this collection of shoes by the Leung Twins, you need to check them out.  Jessica wore them all day and all night too – I mean cool stylish shoes that might actually be comfortable – who could’ve imagined that.    www.shopheylady.com  ( i sound just like a commercial, but man these shoes are pretty)
