There is something about small intimate weddings that touches my heart.  Imagine just 8 guests and a beautiful summertime garden wedding ceremony followed by brunch.  Then you have the entire day ahead of you to relax at the resort pool, nap and spend the day together before a catered dinner that evening in your private casita.  It just sounds so peaceful and relaxing!  Ruth and Brendan’s summertime wedding at Hacienda Del Sol was just like that.  I spent most of the morning with them in the Katherine Hepburn/Spencer Tracy Casita ( Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracey used Hacienda Del Sol as a romantic hideaway) as they got ready and we had a short leisurely photo session before the wedding.  Eduardo Costa played classical guitar music at a very touching ceremony conducted by Brandan’s father.  Brunch in the Murphy Room at Hacienda Del Sol was accompanied by heartfelt toasts by all 8 guests and concluded with a cake cutting.
