Kat and Jon’s Tucson Engagement Session

Who could have imagined that a girl from Iowa and a guy from Tucson would meet and fall in love in Malaysia?  Which is exactly what Kat and Jon did.   They met in Malaysia where Kat was backpacking her way through the country and Jon was working.  Now both living in Malaysia, this couple traveled back to Tucson for a wintertime wedding and to visit with all their family and friends.  We did an engagement session the same week as their wedding, which was actually a perfect way for us to all  get to know each other before the big day.  We spent a fun afternoon at DeGrazia’s Gallery in the Sun, one of those unique Tucson locations that has just a little bit of everything we were looking for.  A few minutes with Kat and Jon and I felt like I was with old friends – this warm and fun loving couple were so perfect to work with!  Now I’m not going to say too too much because the wedding day was just a few days later and I want to save that for my next post.
