Rustic Burlap and Lace Wedding + Agua Linda Farm + Abby & Ben

 

I had such a great time shooting Abby and Ben’s engagement session back in the spring – I just KNEW that their wedding day was going to be amazing in every way.  Agua Linda Farm in Amado, Arizona was the setting – if you’ve been reading my blog for awhile you already know how much I love this venue!  Abby and Ben designed their wedding around fresh natural beiges and whites,  allowing the already beautiful scenery at this southern Arizona farm to shine through.  Lace and burlap their wedding a modern romantic twist.  Table runners were burlap on top of ivory lace.  Burlap and twine twisted around mason jar candles , buckets of white gerber daisies.  All the flowers were hand done by Laurel Loew of Agua Linda Farm – they were stunning!  Abby walked down the aisle to mariachi by the Mariachi Alma Mexicana Band and after the ceremony all the guests enjoyed a Parillada – grilled meats, onions and chiles with tables full of all the delicious side dishes!  And I am still dreaming of cupcakes – the tequila lime one to be specific!  Rough hewn boards were laid out along with raw wood trays to display cupcakes .  Tequila lime, Mexican Kahlua Chocolate and Tres Leches cupcakes.  And did I mention the Tequila Lime cupcakes?….
